What does it mean to change your L.I.F.E.?

I believe there are two kinds of people in the world. There are those who Live In Fear Every day and those who Live In Fearlessness Every day. Changing your L.I.F.E. simply means you make a conscious choice each day to live fearlessly.

Who is Tilmon and why should he coach me?

I believe that life’s greatest teacher is experience, but second to that might be learning from the experiences of others and implementing that advice according to the way it fits our lives. I would not consider myself to be your life coach. Consider me to be your Empowerment Coach, because the knowledge I share will always be grounded in my faith in you.

How will coaching benefit me?

Coaching is all about accountability. I want to assist you in your effort to be the best version of you each day by consistently challenging you to learn and grow. Any good coach will tell you that they’re just someone to assist an individual or team to reach their goals. While I am a small part of your process, this is your journey to direct.
